FACILEX® / Microsoft 365 Support Services Include:

  • Application Engineering for FACILEX®. This includes discussion regarding whether something can be done in the software, what options are available, how best to address a proposed requirement.
  • Business process rule configuration, using FACILEX® software solutions.
  • Configuration assistance, whether for FACILEX® software solutions or for general SharePoint /Microsoft 365 configuration.
  • Data loading, including, but not limited to, migration, remapping, or other data-related services.
  • Data exporting.
  • Installation assistance, including, but not limited to, additional sites, or FACILEX® solutions.
  • Enhancements: creation of new functionality whether or not the functionality becomes part of the FACILEX® software in the future.
  • User interface modifications: modifications to certain aspects of the FACILEX® software’s user interface, whether or not these modifications become part of the software in the future.
  • Repairs to SharePoint / Microsoft 365 functions, or workarounds needed to mitigate the effects of SharePoint or SQL-Server® issues.
  • Provision of SharePoint / Microsoft 365 configuration information.
  • Assistance with any instances of the FACILEX® software, or sites, not installed by Gateway or its Authorized Resellers.
  • Disaster recovery, including discussions or detailed planning for disaster recovery and backup
  • Miscellaneous support for Microsoft 365 products including, but not limited to, SharePoint, Office, Windows, Windows-Server, SQL-Server.
  • Permissions: Adding, removing or repairing unique permissions, or adding, removing or repairing inherited permissions.
  • Template updates, whether the work involves a FACILEX® software configuration change or a change to the template document itself.
  • View, report and aggregation configuration.
  • Support for any item not identified above, for which Gateway accepts a support activity.

Scheduled Maintenance:

Gateway offers scheduled inspection and maintenance support that may include:

  • Regular monitoring of the FACILEX® on-prem or cloud-based production environment by Gateway personnel
  • Performance monitoring alerts to IT staff of potential production problems
  • Trouble shooting problems, including attempted reproduction of problems in Gateway test environments
  • Suggested corrective actions if problems occur
  • Suggested preventive actions if problems are anticipated
  • FACILEX® software patches and upgrades, configuration
  • Maintenance of a separate development/test environment at Gateway
  • Assistance with management and update of the Training instance
